Prof. Dr. Albay, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de bal\u0131k t\u00fcketimine dikkat \u00e7ekerek \u201cBal\u0131\u011f\u0131 az pi\u015firen ve t\u00fcketen bir toplumuz. Metrekareye 6 kilo bal\u0131k t\u00fcketimi d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcyor. Denizi olmayan \u00fclkeler bile bizden daha fazla bal\u0131k t\u00fcketiyor. Bu k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc \u00fclkemize yerle\u015ftirmeliyiz. Dr. \u015eeng\u00f6r, \u201cKul\u00fcp olarak su \u00fcr\u00fcnleri gastronomisinde yeni lezzetlere yolculuk kapsam\u0131nda faaliyetlerimizi ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftiriyoruz. Su \u00fcr\u00fcnlerinin t\u00fcketimini artt\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131, t\u00fcketim bilincinin yayg\u0131nla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 i\u00e7in kul\u00fcp \u00fcyeleriyle \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar yap\u0131yoruz.\u201d dedi. A\u00e7\u0131l\u0131\u015f konu\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131n ard\u0131ndan Ara\u015ft\u0131rmac\u0131 Gastronom ve Yazar S\u00fcleyman Dilsiz Pi\u015firme Y\u00f6ntemleri ve Bal\u0131\u011f\u0131 Do\u011fru Pi\u015firme konulu sunumuna ba\u015flad\u0131.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0Sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131z \u0130\u00e7in Bal\u0131k T\u00fcketin <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u201c\u0130stanbul\u2019da ya\u015fay\u0131p deniz g\u00f6rmemi\u015f, bal\u0131\u011f\u0131 tatmam\u0131\u015f insanlar var.\u201d diyen Dilsiz, bal\u0131k k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fc tan\u0131tmak i\u00e7in festivallerin ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilmesi gerekti\u011fine dikkat \u00e7ekti. Dilsiz, bu festivallerle insanlar\u0131n bilin\u00e7lenerek su k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fc benimseyeceklerini ve su \u00fcr\u00fcnlerinin devaml\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131 duyarl\u0131 olacaklar\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yledi.<\/p>\n<p>Alzaym\u0131r ve Demans hastal\u0131klar\u0131nda T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin 3. s\u0131rada olmas\u0131n\u0131n \u00fcz\u00fcc\u00fc oldu\u011funu s\u00f6yleyen Dilsiz, \u201cBunun \u00fczerine bilimsel ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar yap\u0131yorum. Bu hastal\u0131klar\u0131n nedenlerine bakt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda yararl\u0131 ya\u011flar\u0131n t\u00fcketilmemesi ortaya \u00e7\u0131k\u0131yor. Omega 3 beyin sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan yararl\u0131 bir ya\u011f ve v\u00fccut bu ya\u011f\u0131 \u00fcretemiyor. E\u011fer bunlar\u0131 bilmeden bal\u0131k t\u00fcketirsek do\u011fru t\u00fcketmi\u015f olmay\u0131z.\u201d dedi. \u00a0Bal\u0131klara hangi pi\u015firme y\u00f6ntemlerinin uygulanaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ve pi\u015firmede yap\u0131lan yanl\u0131\u015flardan bahseden Dilsiz, \u00a0\u201cBal\u0131kta Omega 3\u2019\u00fcn yan\u0131nda bol miktarda da kolajen bulunur. Bal\u0131ktaki bu ve daha bir\u00e7ok yararl\u0131 besini kaybetmemek i\u00e7in do\u011fru pi\u015firmeli ve t\u00fcketmeliyiz. Bal\u0131\u011f\u0131 tatland\u0131rmak i\u00e7in kulland\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z baharatlar\u0131 tan\u0131mal\u0131y\u0131z. Bal\u0131\u011fa karabiber koymak bal\u0131\u011f\u0131 ac\u0131la\u015ft\u0131r\u0131r. Bunun yerine farkl\u0131 aromalar katabilir, beyaz tane biber kullanabilirsiniz. Ye\u015fillikler de bal\u0131kla birlikte f\u0131r\u0131na at\u0131lmaz. Pi\u015firmeye 3-4 dakika kala bal\u0131\u011f\u0131n yan\u0131na eklenir.\u201d diyerek s\u00f6zlerini noktalad\u0131.
