T\u00fcrk alanyaz\u0131n\u0131nda \u00e7eviri kokmayan, bizzat T\u00fcrk akademisyenler taraf\u0131ndan ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilmi\u015f nitelikli \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalara her alanda oldu\u011fu gibi ileti\u015fim bilimleri alan\u0131nda da ihtiya\u00e7 vard\u0131r. Bu noktadan hareketle Say\u0131n Prof. Dr. Seda Meng\u00fc liderli\u011finde ba\u015flayan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma s\u00fcrecimizde \u00f6nceden imza att\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z ortak \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n getirdi\u011fi tecr\u00fcbe ve memnuniyet sonucu \u00fc\u00e7 yazarl\u0131 b\u00fct\u00fcnc\u00fcl, ak\u0131c\u0131 ve g\u00fcncel bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaya imza att\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyorum\u201d dedi. Kitab\u0131n literat\u00fcre en b\u00fcy\u00fck katk\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n \u0130leti\u015fim Y\u00f6netimi&#8217;ni dijital bir a\u00e7\u0131dan ele al\u0131rken bunu uzatmadan ve okuyucuyu s\u0131kmadan yapmak oldu\u011fu s\u00f6yleyen Do\u00e7. Dr. Aslan, \u201cAlanyaz\u0131ndaki mevcut \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar bazen gere\u011finden fazla uzun olabiliyor. Bu da dijital ileti\u015fim teknolojilerinin bizlerde tetikledi\u011fi bir davran\u0131\u015f olarak &#8220;en do\u011fru bilgiye en k\u0131sa zamanda ula\u015fma&#8221; amac\u0131na hizmet etmeyebiliyor\u201d dedi. \u00dc\u00e7 yazarl\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fman\u0131n kolay bir s\u00fcre\u00e7 olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ifade eden Do\u00e7. Bu nedenle, sosyal medya ve dijital d\u00fcnyan\u0131n, zorunlu olarak profesyonel ileti\u015fimin ana konular\u0131ndan biri oldu\u011funu kaydeden \u00d6\u011fr, G\u00f6r. \u00d6zkoyuncu, \u201cBuna ko\u015fut olarak akademik literat\u00fcrde, dijital medyan\u0131n, halkla ili\u015fkilerin de\u011fi\u015fen yap\u0131ya uyumlanmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan do\u011fas\u0131n\u0131 uygulamalara yans\u0131tmaya imk\u00e2n sa\u011flayaca\u011f\u0131na dair \u00e7ok \u00f6rnek var. Tabii ki bu durum geleneksel halkla ili\u015fkiler \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131 tamamen rafa kald\u0131rmad\u0131 ama \u015f\u00fcphesiz mutlaka uyumlanmas\u0131 gereken bir mecra oldu\u011funu da g\u00f6z ard\u0131 etmek imk\u00e2ns\u0131z hale geldi\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kitapta halkla ili\u015fkiler, kurumsal ileti\u015fim ve pazarlama ileti\u015fimindeki izd\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fc ayr\u0131nt\u0131lar\u0131yla ele almaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yleyen \u00d6\u011fr. G\u00f6r. \u00d6zkoyuncu, \u201cHalkla ili\u015fkilerde dijital d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnmenin getirilerini ve kullan\u0131lan dijital halkla ili\u015fkiler ara\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 ayr\u0131nt\u0131land\u0131rd\u0131k. \u0130leti\u015fim teknolojilerindeki d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fcn kurumsal ileti\u015fim alan\u0131na etkilerini inceleyerek dijital i\u00e7eri\u011fin \u00fcretimine de\u011findik. Kitab\u0131m\u0131zda, tabii ki dijital ileti\u015fim taraf\u0131na bakarken, bir kurulu\u015f i\u00e7inde dijital alandaki d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce ve i\u015f yap\u0131\u015f bi\u00e7iminin de bu ileti\u015fim alan\u0131na uyumlanmas\u0131 gerekti\u011finin de alt\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7izilmesi gerekiyordu\u201d dedi. Yani, ileti\u015fimin dijital taraf\u0131n\u0131 ele al\u0131rken, kurulu\u015flar i\u00e7inde bu alan\u0131 \u00e7evreleyen y\u00f6netsel ve d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnsel iklimi de ortaya koymaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 dile getiren \u00d6\u011fr. G\u00f6r. \u00d6zkoyuncu, \u201cBu kapsamda, s\u0131kl\u0131kla birbirleri yerine kullan\u0131lan dijitalle\u015fme ve dijitalizasyon kavramlar\u0131n\u0131 netle\u015ftirerek, ayr\u0131nt\u0131lar\u0131yla dijital d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm ve dijital liderlik kavramlar\u0131n\u0131n alt\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7izmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131k. Yazarlar, \u015firketlerin t\u00fcketici-merkezli olmaktan insan-merkezli olmaya do\u011fru kayd\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131n alt\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7izerek, pazarlamac\u0131lar\u0131n insanlar\u0131 sadece t\u00fcketici olarak g\u00f6rmek yerine, onlara akl\u0131, kalbi ve ruhu olan insanlar olarak yakla\u015fmas\u0131 gerekti\u011finin alt\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7izer. Art\u0131k devasa b\u00fct\u00e7eler gerektiren televizyon ve yaz\u0131l\u0131 bas\u0131n reklamlar\u0131n\u0131n yan\u0131 s\u0131ra, daha m\u00fctevaz\u0131 b\u00fct\u00e7elerle daha etkili sonu\u00e7lar yaratabilecek dijital \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 bir arada daha s\u0131k g\u00f6r\u00fcyoruz. \u0130nternetten \u00f6nce pazarlama; markalama ve reklam a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131kl\u0131 geli\u015fen, fark edilmeye ba\u011fl\u0131, tek y\u00f6nl\u00fc ve sadece \u00fcr\u00fcn satmaya y\u00f6nelikti. \u0130leti\u015fim, medya ve planlamac\u0131larla yap\u0131lmaktayd\u0131 ve pazara do\u011frudan ula\u015fmak m\u00fcmk\u00fcn de\u011fildi. Art\u0131k hedef kitlenin duymak istedi\u011fi mesajlar\u0131, pazar\u0131n en k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck dilimine bile ula\u015ft\u0131rmak m\u00fcmk\u00fcn hale geldi.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bu durumun firmalar\u0131 onmichannel pazarlama gibi t\u00fcketiciyi merkeze alan pazarlama tekniklerine y\u00f6neltmeye ba\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131na dikkat \u00e7eken \u00d6\u011fr.
