Spor salonu \u00fcyeliklerimizi iptal edip evde spor yapmaya y\u00f6nelirken \u00e7o\u011fumuz sporu  terketti. Sporun hayat\u0131m\u0131zdan tamamen \u00e7\u0131kmas\u0131 yerini kilo problemlerine, eve ta\u015f\u0131nmas\u0131 ise; basit gibi g\u00f6r\u00fcnen ancak uzun vadede v\u00fccut b\u00fct\u00fcnl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcm\u00fcz\u00fc bozabilecek yaralanmalara b\u0131rakt\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Spor etkinliklerinin yava\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir s\u00fcre\u00e7<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0130stanbul Fitness Academy eski \u00f6\u011frencilerinden sporcu beslenmesi e\u011fitmeni ve pilates trainer Ece Uysal, pandemi s\u00fcrecinde sporu bizim i\u00e7in yorumlad\u0131. D\u00fcnya genelinde spor etkinliklerinin yava\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir s\u00fcre\u00e7ten ge\u00e7ti\u011fimizi, insanlar\u0131n sa\u011fl\u0131klar\u0131 i\u00e7in kayg\u0131land\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ve bu sebeple salon sporlar\u0131na ara verilmesinin normal bir durum oldu\u011funu vurgulad\u0131. Evden \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma y\u00f6ntemiyle fiziksel aktivitelerde ya\u015fanan azalman\u0131n; enerji t\u00fcketimini de azaltarak ya\u011f ve kilo oran\u0131nda art\u0131\u015fa sebep oldu\u011funu, v\u00fccut su tutma oran\u0131n\u0131 artt\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ve beraberinde \u00f6deme sebebiyet verdi\u011fini belirtti. Uzman yard\u0131m\u0131 olmadan evde kendi ekipmanlar\u0131yla spor yapacaklar i\u00e7in uyar\u0131larda bulunan Uysal, &#8221;Kendi fitness seviyenizi belirleyerek ya da bilerek spor yapabiliyorsan\u0131z elbette devam edebilirsiniz ancak dikkat edilmesi gereken konular mevcut. \u00d6ncelikle sakatlanma ya\u015famamak i\u00e7in iyi \u0131s\u0131n\u0131lmal\u0131. Germe egzersizleriyle devam edilmeli ve v\u00fccudu zorlayacak egzersizlerden ka\u00e7\u0131n\u0131lmal\u0131. Esnekli\u011fe y\u00f6nelik n\u00f6rodinamik egzersizler tercih edilmeli. Ev i\u00e7in daha uygun olan zumba, ip atlama, kardio hareketleri \u00f6nerilebilir. Asans\u00f6r kullanmak yerine merdivenleri tercih edebiliyorsunuz. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u00fcnyada b\u00fcy\u00fck bir sorun haline gelen obezite, geli\u015fen teknoloji, her \u015feye kolay eri\u015fim, mental yorgunluk ve pandemi sebebiyle spora zaman ay\u0131ramamam\u0131z ve d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnsel yorgunluklar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 bir kenara b\u0131rakarak kendimizle ve v\u00fccudumuzla ilgilenemememiz devam ediyor. Sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 ya\u015f alabilmenin ve kilo kontrol\u00fc sa\u011flaman\u0131n san\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 kadar zor olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131; kilo verme s\u00fcrecinin d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncede ba\u015flayan bir eylem oldu\u011funu bilmeli, ger\u00e7ekten istemeli ve g\u00fcnl\u00fck su t\u00fcketimini artt\u0131rmal\u0131y\u0131z.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Su t\u00fcketimi kilonuz ile ba\u011flant\u0131l\u0131 olarak hesaplanmal\u0131 ve buna g\u00f6re t\u00fcketim sa\u011flanmal\u0131. Kilo kayb\u0131 a\u00e7 kalarak de\u011fil, dengeli ve sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 beslenerek ger\u00e7ekle\u015firse daha kal\u0131c\u0131 ve uzun vadede kontrol edilebilir olur. Karbonhidrat al\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 azaltarak protein al\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 y\u00fckseltmek ve v\u00fccuda al\u0131nacak sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 ya\u011flarla bir denge tutmak, bu s\u00fcre\u00e7te \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli. Ancak v\u00fccut yap\u0131s\u0131, kilo oran\u0131 ve ki\u015finin harici hastal\u0131klar\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnde yine de bir uzman yard\u0131m\u0131 al\u0131nmas\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6neriyoruz.
