{"id":20187,"date":"2023-01-10T14:42:50","date_gmt":"2023-01-10T11:42:50","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/iletim.istanbul.edu.tr\/?p=20187"},"modified":"2023-01-10T14:42:50","modified_gmt":"2023-01-10T11:42:50","slug":"10-ocak-calisan-gazeteciler-gunu-kutlu-olsun-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/iletim.istanbul.edu.tr\/index.php\/2023\/01\/10\/10-ocak-calisan-gazeteciler-gunu-kutlu-olsun-2\/","title":{"rendered":"10 Ocak \u00c7al\u0131\u015fan Gazeteciler G\u00fcn\u00fc Kutlu Olsun"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong><em>\u0130stanbul \u00dcniversitesi Haber Merkezi<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Gazetecilerin hak m\u00fccadelesinin \u00f6nemli bir d\u00f6n\u00fcm noktas\u0131 olarak 1961\u2019den bu yana kutlanan 10 Ocak \u00c7al\u0131\u015fan Gazeteciler G\u00fcn\u00fc, do\u011fru, tarafs\u0131z ve g\u00fcvenilir habercilik yapmak i\u00e7in var g\u00fcc\u00fcyle \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan t\u00fcm gazeteciler ad\u0131na, yeni bir y\u0131l d\u00f6n\u00fcm\u00fcnde daha kutlan\u0131yor.<\/em><\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>10 Ocak \u00c7al\u0131\u015fan Gazeteciler G\u00fcn\u00fc, T\u00fcrk bas\u0131n tarihinde &#8220;Dokuz patron olay\u0131&#8221; olarak da yer alan ve gazetecilerin haklar\u0131n\u0131n ilk kez yasal g\u00fcvence alt\u0131na al\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131 10 Ocak 1961 tarihine dayan\u0131yor. \u201c212 say\u0131l\u0131 kanun\u201d d\u00fczenlemesinin Resmi Gazete\u2019de yer almas\u0131yla 10 Ocak, kutlama g\u00fcn\u00fc oldu. S\u00f6z konusu d\u00fczenleme, i\u015f s\u00f6zle\u015fmelerinin yaz\u0131l\u0131 olarak yap\u0131lmas\u0131, s\u00f6zle\u015fmelere i\u015fin t\u00fcr\u00fc ve \u00fccret miktar\u0131n\u0131n yaz\u0131lmas\u0131 gibi gazetecilerin sosyal ve yasal haklar\u0131n\u0131 belirleyen h\u00fck\u00fcmleri i\u00e7eriyordu. Fakat bu kanunun Meclis\u2019ten ge\u00e7mesi kolay olmad\u0131. Bu yasa, gazete patronlar\u0131na sorumluluklar y\u00fckl\u00fcyordu. Yasayla birlikte d\u00f6nemin se\u00e7kin gazete patronlar\u0131 212 say\u0131l\u0131 yasan\u0131n ve Bas\u0131n \u0130lan Kurumu\u2019nun olu\u015fmas\u0131na ili\u015fkin 195 say\u0131l\u0131 yasan\u0131n mesleki sak\u0131ncalar do\u011furaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 iddia eden bir ortak bildiriye imza atarak gazetelerini 3 g\u00fcn boyunca kapatt\u0131lar. \u201cDokuz patron olay\u0131\u201d olarak bas\u0131n tarihine ge\u00e7en bu geli\u015fme \u00fczerine, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan gazeteciler, boykot boyunca \u201cBas\u0131n\u201d adl\u0131 bir gazete yay\u0131mlamaya karar verdiler. Bas\u0131n gazetesi 11 Ocak g\u00fcn\u00fc yay\u0131na ba\u015flay\u0131p, 3 g\u00fcnl\u00fck boykot s\u0131ras\u0131nda d\u00fczenli olarak yay\u0131n\u0131n\u0131 s\u00fcrd\u00fcrd\u00fc.
