Uzmanlara g\u00f6re, pandemi d\u00f6neminde k\u00f6r\u00fcklenen kayg\u0131 ve depresyon, okuldan ka\u00e7\u0131nma davran\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131 tetikledi. Uzman Psikolojik Dan\u0131\u015fman Feriha \u015eenkaya Dildar ve T\u00fcrkiye Spastik \u00c7ocuklar Vakf\u0131 Akademik Kurul \u00dcyesi ve \u00c7ocuk ve Ergen Psikiyatristi Prof. Dr. Ay\u015fe Rodopman Arman, pandeminin gen\u00e7lerin psikolojik sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00fczerindeki etkisini anlatt\u0131.&nbsp;<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Uzmanlar, bu ruhsal rahats\u0131zl\u0131klar\u0131n gen\u00e7lerin okuldan ka\u00e7\u0131nmas\u0131na nas\u0131l neden oldu\u011funu ve e\u011fitim ortam\u0131ndaki de\u011fi\u015fikliklerin adaptasyon zorluklar\u0131n\u0131 de\u011ferlendirdi. Pandemi sonras\u0131 ortaya \u00e7\u0131kan bu yeni e\u011fitim manzaras\u0131, gen\u00e7lerin psikolojik sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00fczerindeki etkisini giderek g\u00f6zler \u00f6n\u00fcne serdi.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u201cPandemide anksiyete ve depresyon oran\u0131 y\u00fczde 16\u2019ya y\u00fckseldi\u201d<\/strong>&nbsp;<br>Kaiser Aile Vakf\u0131 analizine g\u00f6re, pandemi d\u00f6neminde anksiyete ve depresyon oran\u0131 y\u00fczde 12&#8217;den y\u00fczde 16&#8217;ya y\u00fckseldi. Uzman Psikolojik Dan\u0131\u015fman Feriha \u015eenkaya Dildar, klinik \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131nda artan kayg\u0131 ve okul reddini g\u00f6zlemlediklerini belirtti. Pandeminin, \u00f6l\u00fcm ve zarar g\u00f6rme korkusu gibi temel endi\u015feleri tetikledi\u011fini vurgulad\u0131. Pandeminin ard\u0131ndan ilk kez okula gidecek olan \u00f6\u011frenciler evden ve ebeveynlerinden ilk kez ayr\u0131l\u0131yordu. Normalde anne-baba ve \u00e7ocu\u011fun aras\u0131na ilk giren \u015fey okul de\u011fildi. \u00c7ocu\u011fun b\u00fcy\u00fcme s\u00fcrecinde anne-babalar kendi g\u00fcndemlerine, i\u015flerine, sosyalliklerine d\u00f6n\u00fcyor ve araya do\u011fal hayat ak\u0131\u015f\u0131 i\u00e7inde giren ki\u015filer, u\u011fra\u015flar, eylemler ve kurumlar oluyordu. Sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 bir ayr\u0131\u015fman\u0131n ancak bu \u015fekilde m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olabilece\u011fini s\u00f6yleyen Dildar a\u00e7\u0131klamalar\u0131na \u015f\u00f6yle devam etti, \u201cPandemide, yeti\u015fkinin hayat d\u00fczeninde araya girecek ba\u015fka bir enstr\u00fcman\u0131 olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in bu i\u00e7 i\u00e7e ge\u00e7irilmi\u015f uzun s\u00fcrelerden sonra ilk kar\u015f\u0131lar\u0131na \u00e7\u0131kan, araya giren kurum, okul oldu. \u00c7ocuklar oyun oynama f\u0131rsat\u0131 bulamad\u0131lar, anne-babalar\u0131n\u0131n \u2018gidip yeniden geldi\u011fini\u2019 g\u00f6remediler, ba\u015fka yeti\u015fkinlerle zaman ge\u00e7iremediler, ba\u015fka \u00e7ocuklarla olamad\u0131lar. Araya oyun ve sosyallik bile \u00e7ok az girdi. Bu sebeple okullar kayg\u0131y\u0131 tetikledi.\u201d\u202f&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u201cOyun ve e\u011flence bazen derslerden bile \u00f6nemli\u201d<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>E\u011fitim-\u00f6\u011fretim kayg\u0131s\u0131yla birlikte anne-babalar, bazen e\u011fitim kurumlar\u0131 da bilgi eksikli\u011finin \u00fczerine h\u0131zla gittiler. Bilgi eksikli\u011fi \u00f6nemli bir ayr\u0131nt\u0131 olsa da Dildar\u2019a g\u00f6re oyunun iyile\u015ftirici g\u00fcc\u00fcnden de yararlan\u0131lmal\u0131, \u00e7ocuklar e\u011flenerek okula adapte olmal\u0131yd\u0131. Dildar, \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n ya\u015f\u0131tlar\u0131yla oynayarak g\u00fcnl\u00fck hayatta ya\u015fad\u0131klar\u0131 zorluklardan uzakla\u015fabildi\u011fini ifade etti. \u201cOyunlar\u0131nda resimlerinde bu durumu hikayelendirerek, sembolize ederek iyile\u015firler. Oyun ve e\u011flence, e\u011fitim ve \u00f6\u011fretimin mutlak bir par\u00e7as\u0131 olmal\u0131d\u0131r. Okul i\u00e7inde i\u015f birli\u011finin, e\u011flencenin ve oyunun \u00f6nemli bir yer kaplamas\u0131n\u0131n bazen derslerden bile \u00f6nemli oldu\u011funu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyorum. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc \u00e7ocuklar en \u00e7ok oynayarak iyile\u015firler ve sosyalle\u015firler. Marmara \u00dcniversitesi Pendik E\u011fitim ve Ara\u015ft\u0131rma Hastanesi\u2019nde klinik s\u00fcpervizyon e\u011fitimleri s\u0131ras\u0131nda g\u00f6zlemlediklerini \u015fu \u015fekilde anlatt\u0131: \u201c\u00d6zellikle gen\u00e7 k\u0131zlar\u0131n liseden itibaren okula devam etme oran\u0131n\u0131n d\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc fark ettik. Bu klinik grubun, pandemi d\u00f6neminde \u00e7evrim i\u00e7i e\u011fitime de d\u00fczenli olarak devam etmedikleri g\u00f6zlenmekteydi. Sosyodemografik a\u00e7\u0131dan zorlu ya\u015fam ko\u015fullar\u0131 i\u00e7inde, ailede \u00e7ocuk say\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n ve i\u015fsizlik oran\u0131n\u0131n artt\u0131\u011f\u0131 durumlarda, e\u011fitime ait zorluklar belirgin hale geliyor. Daha y\u00fcksek sosyoekonomik d\u00fczeydeki \u00f6\u011frencilerde de \u2018Yeteri kadar gidelim, s\u0131navlara gidelim ama okula devam etmeyelim\u2019 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncesi olu\u015fuyor.
