Sports TV muhabiri Livanur Engin ve CNN T\u00fcrk edit\u00f6r\u00fc Mariye Ekinci, Gazetecilerin hak m\u00fccadelelerini simgeleyen 10 Ocak \u00c7al\u0131\u015fan Gazeteciler G\u00fcn\u00fc\u2019n\u00fcn 48. y\u0131l d\u00f6n\u00fcm\u00fcne \u00f6zel \u0130letim Gazetesi\u2018ne konu\u015ftu.<\/em><\/strong>

Bas\u0131n \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131na \u00f6nemli haklar ve yasal g\u00fcvenceler sa\u011flayan Bas\u0131n \u0130\u015f Kanunu, 4 Ocak 1961\u2019de Resm\u00ee Gazete\u2019de yay\u0131mland\u0131. Ancak, 9 gazete patronu, 212 say\u0131l\u0131 yasaya ve Bas\u0131n \u0130lan Kurumu\u2019nun olu\u015fmas\u0131na ili\u015fkin yasaya kar\u015f\u0131 \u00e7\u0131karak yay\u0131mlad\u0131klar\u0131 bildiriyle gazetelerini 3 g\u00fcn s\u00fcreyle kapatm\u0131\u015ft\u0131. Bas\u0131n tarihine \u201c9 Patron Olay\u0131\u201d olarak ge\u00e7en bu 3 g\u00fcnl\u00fck gazete kapatma boykotu, gazetecilerin patronlar kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131ndaki i\u015f haklar\u0131 m\u00fccadelesinde \u00f6nemli bir olay olarak tarihe ge\u00e7ti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


\u0130stanbul Gazeteciler Sendikas\u0131 Y\u00f6netim Kurulu, 9 gazete patronunun yay\u0131n durdurma karar\u0131 ile yaratt\u0131\u011f\u0131 bo\u015flu\u011fu doldurmak i\u00e7in \u201cBas\u0131n\u201d isimli bir gazete \u00e7\u0131kard\u0131. Bas\u0131n Gazetesi, 3 g\u00fcn boyunca yay\u0131mlanmaya devam etti. \u0130stanbul Gazeteciler Sendikas\u0131, bu g\u00fcn\u00fc 10 Ocak \u00c7al\u0131\u015fan Gazeteciler Bayram\u0131 olarak anmaya ba\u015flad\u0131. Ancak, 1971\u2019de \u201cbayram\u201d kelimesi de\u011fi\u015ftirilerek, 10 Ocak \u00c7al\u0131\u015fan Gazeteciler G\u00fcn\u00fc olarak kutlanmaya ba\u015fland\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n
