Projede g\u00f6rev alan ve \u0130stanbul \u00dcniversitesi (\u0130\u00dc) \u00c7apa T\u0131p Fak\u00fcltesi mezunu ve radyoloji uzman\u0131 Dr. G\u00f6rkem Durak \u0130letim gazetesine projeyi anlatt\u0131.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Yapay zeka teknolojilerinin t\u0131pta kullan\u0131m alanlar\u0131 g\u00fcn ge\u00e7tik\u00e7e art\u0131yor. Yapay Zeka\u2019n\u0131n geli\u015fmesiyle birlikte t\u0131p bilimindeki de\u011fi\u015fimlerin \u00f6nemli k\u0131r\u0131lma noktalar\u0131ndan biri olan \u2018uzman\u0131n s\u00fcre\u00e7te aktif rol ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 sistemler\u2019(expert-in-the-loop) tan\u0131 s\u00fcre\u00e7lerini yeniden \u015fekillendiriyor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>GazeVal&#8217;\u0131n ortaya \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f\u0131<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>GazeVal, Prof. Dr. Ula\u015f Ba\u011fc\u0131\u2019n\u0131n proje liderli\u011finde ABD&#8217;deki ara\u015ft\u0131rma ortaklar\u0131yla birlikte geli\u015ftirildi. G\u00f6z izleme teknolojisi(Eye-tracking) radyologlar\u0131n t\u0131bbi g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fcleri de\u011ferlendirirken g\u00f6zlerinin nereye ve ne kadar s\u00fcreyle odakland\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 analiz ederek yapay zeka sistemlerinin ki\u015fiselle\u015ftirilmesine destek sunuyor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Projede kullan\u0131lan geli\u015fmi\u015f cihazlarla doktorlar\u0131n r\u00f6ntgen, tomografi ve MR g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fclerine bakarken ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdikleri g\u00f6z hareketleri detayl\u0131 \u015fekilde kaydediliyor. Bu sayede uzmanlar\u0131n dikkat da\u011f\u0131n\u0131kl\u0131\u011f\u0131, tan\u0131 s\u00fcre\u00e7lerine nas\u0131l etki etti\u011fi ve yapay zekan\u0131n bu s\u00fcre\u00e7te nas\u0131l katk\u0131 sa\u011flayabilece\u011fi analiz ediliyor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>G\u00f6z izleme teknolojisi verileri yaln\u0131zca radyologlar\u0131n de\u011fil, ayn\u0131 zamanda psikolog ve sinir bilimcilerin de ilgisini \u00e7eken \u00e7ok disiplinli bir konuyu temsil ediyor. Projede, yapay zekan\u0131n sadece veriyi i\u015flemekle kalmay\u0131p doktorlar\u0131n karar s\u00fcre\u00e7lerine aktif \u015fekilde dahil olmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011fl\u0131yor. Radyologlar\u0131n b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00e7o\u011funlu\u011fu sentetik g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fcleri ayr\u0131\u015ft\u0131ramad\u0131. \u0130kinci oturumda, g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fcler aras\u0131nda yapay \u00f6rnekler oldu\u011fu belirtilince uzmanlar \u00e7o\u011funlukla sentetik olanlar\u0131 ay\u0131rt edebilir duruma geldi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ara\u015ft\u0131rma sonucunda yapay olarak \u00fcretilen g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fclerin belirli bir d\u00fczeyde ikna edici olabildi\u011fi ortaya konu\u015fmu\u015f olsa da sistemin h\u00e2l\u00e2 ger\u00e7eklikten uzak noktalar\u0131 oldu\u011funu g\u00f6steriyor. Ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar \u00f6zellikle kemik yap\u0131lar\u0131ndaki detaylarda bulunan k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck hatalar sebebiyle sentetik sistemlerin klinik kullan\u0131ma hen\u00fcz haz\u0131r olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ortaya koymaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Do\u011fru sonu\u00e7lar i\u00e7in do\u011fru ortam<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Deneylerin g\u00fcvenilirli\u011fi i\u00e7in kullan\u0131lan ortamlar b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6nem ta\u015f\u0131yor. Radyologlar\u0131n al\u0131\u015f\u0131k olduklar\u0131 karanl\u0131k ya da yar\u0131 karanl\u0131k odalar sim\u00fcle edilerek deney ortamlar\u0131 olu\u015fturuyor. Kalibrasyonun bozulmamas\u0131 ad\u0131na, kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131lar\u0131n deney boyunca dikkat da\u011f\u0131t\u0131c\u0131 unsurlardan uzak durmalar\u0131 sa\u011fland\u0131. Kullan\u0131lan cihazlar, g\u00f6zl\u00fck veya maske gibi kullan\u0131c\u0131y\u0131 rahats\u0131z edecek unsurlar ta\u015f\u0131yor, ekran alt\u0131na yerle\u015ftirilen sens\u00f6rlerle g\u00f6z hareketleri \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcl\u00fcyor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ara\u015ft\u0131rmac\u0131lar\u0131n hedeflerinden biri ise, bu pahal\u0131 ve s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 eri\u015fime sahip sistemleri daha ula\u015f\u0131labilir h\u00e2le getirmektir. GazeVal Projesi, gelecekte s\u0131radan web kameralar\u0131yla g\u00f6z takibi yapabilen sistemler geli\u015ftirerek d\u00fcnyan\u0131n d\u00f6rt bir yan\u0131ndan radyolog verisi toplayabilmeyi ama\u00e7lamaktad\u0131r. Bunun yerine, e\u011fitim ama\u00e7l\u0131 ya da yapay zeka modellerini e\u011fitmek i\u00e7in veri kayna\u011f\u0131 olarak kullan\u0131labilir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Etik a\u00e7\u0131dan, s\u0131f\u0131rdan \u00fcretilmi\u015f sentetik bir g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fcn\u00fcn tan\u0131 amac\u0131yla kullan\u0131lmas\u0131 riskli bulunsa da belirli bir hastan\u0131n gelecekteki olas\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fclerini sim\u00fcle edebilecek bir sistemin geli\u015ftirilmesi, hatta kronik hastal\u0131klar ile kanser tedavisi g\u00f6renlerin tedavi s\u00fcrecinin daha do\u011fru bir \u015fekilde y\u00f6netilmesi a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan b\u00fcy\u00fck bir potansiyel bar\u0131nd\u0131rmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>GazeVal\u2019in gelecek vizyonu: Tan\u0131da Ki\u015fiselle\u015ftirme<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Projede \u015fu an r\u00f6ntgen, tomografi ve MR g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fcleri \u00fczerine farkl\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcl\u00fcyor. \u00d6zellikle akci\u011fer p\u0131ht\u0131s\u0131 gibi klinik \u00f6nemi y\u00fcksek durumlarda doktorlar\u0131n dikkat da\u011f\u0131n\u0131kl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve yapay zeka katk\u0131s\u0131 \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcl\u00fcyor; \u00d6te yandan, d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck kaliteli MR g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fclerinin algoritmalarla temizlenmesi, g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fc kalitesinin farkl\u0131 merkezler aras\u0131nda belirli bir standarta y\u00fckseltilmesi de dikkat \u00e7ekiyor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ara\u015ft\u0131rmac\u0131lar, bu sistemlerin zamanla ki\u015fiselle\u015ftirilmi\u015f raporlama ara\u00e7lar\u0131na d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015fmesini ve yapay zekan\u0131n sadece bilgi sunan de\u011fil, do\u011frudan tan\u0131 kararlar\u0131n\u0131 destekleyen bir akt\u00f6r haline gelmesini \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fcyor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>GazeVal, g\u00f6z hareketlerinden yola \u00e7\u0131karak radyolojik tan\u0131larda daha do\u011fru, daha ki\u015fiselle\u015ftirilmi\u015f ve daha tutarl\u0131 bir s\u00fcre\u00e7 iddias\u0131 i\u00e7erisinde.
