Sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 beslenmek i\u00e7in hangi ad\u0131mlar\u0131n at\u0131laca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ve toplumsal d\u00fczeyde sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 ya\u015fam bilincinin nas\u0131l geli\u015ftirilebilece\u011fini <\/strong><strong>Diyetisyen Mine Tu\u011f\u00e7e \u015eahino\u011flu<\/strong><strong> \u0130letim Gazetesi\u2019ne anlatt\u0131.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de ve d\u00fcnyada obezite oranlar\u0131n\u0131n her ge\u00e7en y\u0131l art\u0131\u015f g\u00f6stermesi bu sorunun yaln\u0131zca bireysel de\u011fil, ayn\u0131 zamanda toplumsal bir sa\u011fl\u0131k problemi oldu\u011funu ortaya koyuyor. Sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 ya\u015fam\u0131n ad\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131 ise \u015fu s\u00f6zlerle anlatt\u0131:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cSa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 olma h\u00e2lini masan\u0131n d\u00f6rt aya\u011f\u0131 gibi d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyorum. Birinci aya\u011f\u0131nda beslenme, ikinci aya\u011f\u0131nda spor, \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc aya\u011f\u0131nda uyku, d\u00f6rd\u00fcnc\u00fc aya\u011f\u0131nda da stres y\u00f6netimi bulunuyor. Ayaklardan biri olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 takdirde masa \u00e7\u00f6ker ve sa\u011fl\u0131k h\u00e2li ortadan kalkar. Bu nedenle hepsine dikkat etmemiz laz\u0131m. \u00d6rne\u011fin uyku problemlerinde meydana gelecek bir bozulma hormonal sistemi etkiler, bu da i\u015ftah mekanizmas\u0131n\u0131 bozabilir.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u201cY\u00fczde 100 kural\u0131 yerine dengeli yakla\u015f\u0131m gerekli\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Karbonhidrat a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131kl\u0131 ve a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 \u015feker t\u00fcketimine dayal\u0131 beslenme al\u0131\u015fkanl\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131n sa\u011fl\u0131k \u00fczerinde olumsuz etkileri oldu\u011funu vurgulayan \u015eahino\u011flu, dengeli beslenmenin renkli tabaklardan ge\u00e7ti\u011fini a\u00e7\u0131klad\u0131. \u015eahino\u011flu, renkli tabaklar kavram\u0131n\u0131 \u2018protein, ya\u011f, karbonhidrat ve lif a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan zengin \u00f6\u011f\u00fcnler\u2019 olarak tan\u0131mlad\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Duygusal yeme bozuklu\u011funa dikkat \u00e7ekerek stresli ve \u00fcz\u00fcnt\u00fcl\u00fc d\u00f6nemlerde yeme davran\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131n kontrol\u00fcn\u00fcn zorla\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirten \u015eahino\u011flu, \u201cZorluk ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z s\u00fcre\u00e7lerde duygusal yeme e\u011filimimiz art\u0131yor. Bir di\u011fer yayg\u0131n sorun ise &#8216;ya hep ya hi\u00e7&#8217; yakla\u015f\u0131m\u0131. Ki\u015filer sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 beslenmeye y\u00fczde 100 ba\u011fl\u0131 kalmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yor ancak en ufak bir bozulmada t\u00fcm s\u00fcreci b\u0131rak\u0131p tamamen sa\u011fl\u0131ks\u0131z beslenmeye y\u00f6nelebiliyor&#8221; ifadelerini kulland\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Daha s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir bir y\u00f6ntem \u00f6neren \u015eahino\u011flu, \u201c\u00d6nemli olan, genel beslenme d\u00fczeninde y\u00fczde 80 sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 beslenmeyi hedefleyip, y\u00fczde 20\u2019lik k\u0131sm\u0131nda esneklik tan\u0131makt\u0131r. Kad\u0131nlarda obezite oran\u0131 y\u00fczde 47,6 iken, erkeklerde bu oran y\u00fczde 26,2 oluyor. D\u00fcnya Obezite Atlas\u0131 verilerine g\u00f6re T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;nin 2030 y\u0131l\u0131nda Avrupa&#8217;da en y\u00fcksek obezite oran\u0131na sahip \u00fclke olmas\u0131 bekleniyor.
