Artan depresyon vakalar\u0131 ve gen\u00e7lerin ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 gelecek kayg\u0131s\u0131 &#8220;gecikmi\u015f \u00e7\u00f6k\u00fc\u015f&#8221; kavram\u0131yla yeniden g\u00fcndeme geldi. \u00dcniversite s\u0131nav\u0131 stresiyle ba\u015flayan depresyon s\u00fcrecini anlatan bir \u00f6\u011frenci ve Klinik Psikolog Ay\u015feg\u00fcl Yah\u015fi, dijital \u00e7a\u011fda ruh sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 koruman\u0131n yollar\u0131n\u0131 \u0130letim Gazetesi ile payla\u015ft\u0131.<\/strong><\/h1>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"font-size:16px;font-style:normal;font-weight:400\">Dijital \u00e7a\u011f\u0131n getirdi\u011fi performans bask\u0131s\u0131, ekonomik belirsizlikler ve sosyal medya kullan\u0131m\u0131 ruh sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00fczerinde ciddi tehditler olu\u015fturuyor. D\u00fcnya Sa\u011fl\u0131k \u00d6rg\u00fct\u00fc&#8217;n\u00fcn (WHO) yay\u0131nlad\u0131\u011f\u0131 son raporlara g\u00f6re, pandeminin ard\u0131ndan k\u00fcresel \u00f6l\u00e7ekte anksiyete ve depresyon vakalar\u0131nda y\u00fczde 25 oran\u0131nda art\u0131\u015f ya\u015fand\u0131. Raporda, \u00f6zellikle g\u00fcnde 3 saatin \u00fczerinde sosyal medya kullanan gen\u00e7lerde depresif belirtilerin belirgin \u015fekilde y\u00fckseldi\u011fi ve depresyonun bireysel bir durumdan ziyade toplumsal bir halk sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 sorununa d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc\u011f\u00fc vurguland\u0131. Klinik Psikolog Ay\u015feg\u00fcl Yah\u015fi depresyon ile ilgili de\u011ferlendirmelerini \u0130letim Gazetesi\u2019ne anlatt\u0131.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Bunal\u0131m ile depresyon fark\u0131&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Klinik Psikolog Ay\u015feg\u00fcl Yah\u015fi, halk aras\u0131nda s\u0131k\u00e7a kar\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lan bunal\u0131m ve depresyon kavramlar\u0131na a\u00e7\u0131kl\u0131k getirdi. Bunal\u0131m\u0131n ge\u00e7ici bir duygusal durum oldu\u011funu belirten Yah\u015fi, depresyonun ise i\u015flevselli\u011fi bozan ve tedavi gerektiren daha uzun s\u00fcreli bir s\u00fcre\u00e7 oldu\u011funu s\u00f6yledi.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pandemi sonras\u0131nda toplumda &#8220;gecikmi\u015f \u00e7\u00f6k\u00fc\u015f&#8221; ya\u015fand\u0131\u011f\u0131na dikkat \u00e7eken Yah\u015fi, &#8220;Pandemi s\u0131ras\u0131nda hayatta kalma modundayd\u0131k ve duygular\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 bast\u0131rd\u0131k. Normale d\u00f6nd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcm\u00fczde ise bast\u0131r\u0131lan bu duygular a\u00e7\u0131\u011fa \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131&#8221; dedi.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>T\u00fckenmi\u015flik ve depresyon ayr\u0131m\u0131<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0130\u015f hayat\u0131nda s\u0131k\u00e7a kar\u015f\u0131la\u015f\u0131lan t\u00fckenmi\u015flik sendromu ile klinik depresyon aras\u0131ndaki farklara da de\u011finen Yah\u015fi, t\u00fckenmi\u015fli\u011fin daha \u00e7ok i\u015fle s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 bir durum oldu\u011funu belirtti. \u0130\u015f y\u00fck\u00fcn\u00fcn hafiflemesi veya dinlenme olana\u011f\u0131n\u0131n sa\u011flanmas\u0131 durumunda ki\u015finin rahatlayabildi\u011fini s\u00f6yleyen Yah\u015fi, depresyonun ise hayat\u0131n tamam\u0131n\u0131 etkileyen daha kapsay\u0131c\u0131 bir s\u00fcre\u00e7 oldu\u011funu vurgulad\u0131. T\u00fckenmi\u015flik ya\u015fayan bireylerin i\u015f d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda mutlu olabildikleri alanlar\u0131n varl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 korudu\u011funu ancak depresyonda durumun farkl\u0131la\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 aktaran Yah\u015fi, &#8220;Hayat\u0131n\u0131n her noktas\u0131nda keyif alamamak ve i\u015flevselli\u011fin genel bozulmas\u0131, ki\u015fiyi uzun vadede bedensel belirtilerle birlikte umutsuzlu\u011fa g\u00f6t\u00fcr\u00fcyor&#8221; diyerek tan\u0131mlad\u0131.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u0130deal ya\u015fam tuza\u011f\u0131<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>WHO\u2019nun 2022\u20132023 izleme raporlar\u0131, g\u00fcnde 3 saatten fazla sosyal medya kullanan gen\u00e7lerde depresif duygu durumunun belirgin bi\u00e7imde artt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ortaya koydu. WHO\u2019ya ba\u011fl\u0131 K\u00fcresel Ruh Sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 G\u00f6zlemevi\u2019nin verileri ise \u201ckusursuz beden\u201d, \u201cideal ba\u015far\u0131\u201d ve \u201cm\u00fckemmel ili\u015fki\u201d gibi m\u00fckemmeliyet\u00e7ilik temal\u0131 i\u00e7eriklere maruz kalman\u0131n gen\u00e7lerde \u00f6zsayg\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fckl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc, yetersizlik hissini ve s\u00fcrekli kendini kan\u0131tlama gereksinimini art\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6sterdi. Bu bulgular, WHO\u2019nun 2023 ruh sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 raporuyla da \u00f6rt\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc; raporda sosyal medya temelli kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131rma davran\u0131\u015flar\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6zellikle 13\u201324 ya\u015f aras\u0131 kullan\u0131c\u0131larda depresif belirti d\u00fczeyini y\u00fckseltti\u011fi bilgisine yer verildi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sosyal medyada sunulan \u201cideal ya\u015fam\u201d imgelerinin gen\u00e7ler \u00fczerindeki etkisini de\u011ferlendiren Psikolog Ay\u015feg\u00fcl Yah\u015fi, bu g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcn ger\u00e7ek hayatla \u00f6rt\u00fc\u015fmedi\u011finde yetersizlik hissini tetikledi\u011fini ifade etti. Yah\u015fi, \u201cGer\u00e7ek ya\u015fam bu g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fcyle \u00f6rt\u00fc\u015fmedi\u011finde de\u011fersizlik ve ba\u015far\u0131s\u0131zl\u0131k duygular\u0131 g\u00fc\u00e7 kazand\u0131. Ki\u015fi kendi ger\u00e7ekli\u011fiyle sosyal medyadaki imaj aras\u0131ndaki fark b\u00fcy\u00fcd\u00fck\u00e7e depresyon riski y\u00fckseldi\u201d dedi. \u00c7\u00f6z\u00fcm olarak ise dijital detoks ve sosyal deste\u011fin \u00f6nemine dikkat \u00e7ekti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Konuya ili\u015fkin deneyimini payla\u015fan dan\u0131\u015fan da sanal d\u00fcnyan\u0131n yaratt\u0131\u011f\u0131 bask\u0131ya i\u015faret etti. Lise d\u00f6neminde sosyal medyada g\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc ya\u015famlar\u0131 kusursuz sand\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirten dan\u0131\u015fan, \u201cLisedeyken sosyal medyada g\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcm hayatlar bana haks\u0131zl\u0131k gibi geliyordu. Ayn\u0131 s\u0131nava girmemize ra\u011fmen herkesin daha \u00e7ok destek g\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc ve daha iyi \u015fartlarda oldu\u011funu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyordum. Herkesin yaln\u0131zca iyi yan\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6sterdi\u011fini sonradan anlad\u0131m\u201d diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u0130leti\u015fimden kopu\u015f ba\u015fl\u0131yor<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Depresyonun belirtilerini ilk kendisinde fark etmedi\u011fini s\u00f6yleyen dan\u0131\u015fan, bilin\u00e7li bir ailede b\u00fcy\u00fcd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc i\u00e7in s\u00fcrecin \u00f6nce ailesi taraf\u0131ndan fark edildi\u011fini ve inkar evresinin ba\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirterek, \u201cPsikiyatriye veya psikolo\u011fa gitmek istemiyordum; herhangi bir ila\u00e7 kullanmak bana zor geliyordu\u201d dedi. \u0130lk evrelerde sosyal \u00e7evresinden tamamen koptu\u011funu anlatan dan\u0131\u015fan, \u201cYaln\u0131zca g\u00fcvenli alan\u0131m olan ailemin yan\u0131nda olmak yeterli geliyordu ancak ileti\u015fim bile kurmak istemiyordum. Erken m\u00fcdahalenin \u00f6nemine de\u011finen Yah\u015fi, duygusal zorlanman\u0131n iki haftay\u0131 a\u015fmas\u0131 durumunda profesyonel deste\u011fin gerekli oldu\u011funu ifade etti. \u201cDestek almak bir zay\u0131fl\u0131k de\u011fil, iyile\u015fme y\u00f6n\u00fcnde g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc bir ad\u0131md\u0131r\u201d diyen Yah\u015fi, damgalama alg\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n gen\u00e7leri tedaviden uzakla\u015ft\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 vurgulad\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0130la\u00e7 tedavisi s\u00fcrecinde \u00f6nyarg\u0131larla kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 anlatan dan\u0131\u015fan ise insanlar\u0131n kendisine \u201chasta\u201d g\u00f6z\u00fcyle bakmas\u0131ndan \u00e7ekindi\u011fini s\u00f6yledi. Depresyonun d\u0131\u015far\u0131dan g\u00f6r\u00fcnd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc gibi yaln\u0131zca \u00e7\u00f6kk\u00fcn bir h\u00e2l olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 dile getiren dan\u0131\u015fan, \u201cHer zaman b\u00f6yle d\u0131\u015far\u0131da depresif oturmak de\u011fil. Hatta bence depresyon, insan\u0131n en mutlu oldu\u011fu anlardan sonra ortaya \u00e7\u0131kabilen bir \u015fey. Bu y\u00fczden insanlar\u0131n \u2018hasta\u2019 damgas\u0131 vurmas\u0131ndan korkuyordum\u201d ifadelerini kulland\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Y\u00fczle\u015fme ve aile fakt\u00f6r\u00fc<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dan\u0131\u015fan, iyile\u015fme s\u00fcrecinde dans etmenin ve kendisiyle konu\u015fman\u0131n zihnini rahatlatt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 dile getirdi. En \u00f6nemli ad\u0131m\u0131n ki\u015finin kendiyle ileti\u015fim kurmas\u0131 oldu\u011funu vurgulayan \u00f6\u011frenci, sorunlar\u0131 ba\u015fkalar\u0131yla payla\u015fman\u0131n tek ba\u015f\u0131na yeterli olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yledi. Sorunlar\u0131n \u00fczerinin kapat\u0131lmamas\u0131 gerekti\u011fini belirten \u00f6\u011frenci, \u201cBen kendimle konu\u015fmaktan \u00e7ok ka\u00e7\u0131yordum. Dans etmek ve kendi i\u00e7 sesimle y\u00fczle\u015fmek iyile\u015fmemde etkili oldu\u201d ifadelerini kulland\u0131. Benzer zorluklar\u0131 ya\u015fayan ki\u015filere y\u00f6neltilen \u201ctakma\u201d gibi kal\u0131pla\u015fm\u0131\u015f tavsiyelerin fayda sa\u011flamad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 dile getiren \u00f6\u011frenci, herkesin kendi deneyimlerini ya\u015famas\u0131 gerekti\u011fini vurgulad\u0131. Ya\u015fananlar\u0131n zor olsa da birer tecr\u00fcbe oldu\u011funu s\u00f6yleyen \u00f6\u011frenci, \u201c\u0130nsan durumu kendisine anlatt\u0131\u011f\u0131nda asl\u0131nda daha \u00e7ok rahatl\u0131yor\u201d diyerek kendisiyle ba\u015f ba\u015fa kalman\u0131n tedavi s\u00fcrecindeki \u00f6nemine dikkat \u00e7ekti. Depresyon ya\u015fayan bireylere yakla\u015f\u0131m konusunda ailelere de seslenen \u00f6\u011frenci, s\u00fcrekli kontrol alt\u0131nda tutulman\u0131n bunalt\u0131c\u0131 bir etki yaratt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ifade etti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Pandemi sonras\u0131 tablo: WHO\u2019ya g\u00f6re ruh sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 salg\u0131n\u0131n\u0131n ikinci dalgas\u0131<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Pandeminin ard\u0131ndan g\u00f6r\u00fclen \u201cgecikmi\u015f \u00e7\u00f6k\u00fc\u015f\u201d, uzmanlar taraf\u0131ndan s\u0131kl\u0131kla dile getirilen bir kavram. Yah\u015fi, bu durumu \u201cPandemi s\u0131ras\u0131nda herkes hayatta kalma modundayd\u0131. Duygular bast\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131. G\u00fcvenli alan olu\u015ftu\u011funda bu bast\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f duygular bir anda ortaya \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131\u201d \u015feklinde a\u00e7\u0131klad\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>WHO verileri pandemiden sonraki 3 y\u0131l\u0131n, k\u00fcresel depresyon oranlar\u0131nda en h\u0131zl\u0131 art\u0131\u015f ya\u015fanan d\u00f6nem oldu\u011funu g\u00f6sterdi. Uzmanlara g\u00f6re bu art\u0131\u015f\u0131n alt\u0131nda uzun s\u00fcreli izolasyon, belirsizlik hissi, ekonomik sorunlar, e\u011fitim hayat\u0131ndaki kesintiler, sosyal hayata d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015fte adaptasyon g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc\u011f\u00fc gibi etkenler bulunuyor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Spor d\u00fcnyas\u0131nda da durum farkl\u0131 de\u011fil<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Zirvedeki bireylerin de depresyon kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda korunmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirten uzmanlar, \u00f6zellikle sporcular\u0131n yo\u011fun performans bask\u0131s\u0131 alt\u0131nda ruhsal \u00e7\u00f6k\u00fc\u015f ya\u015fayabildi\u011fine dikkat \u00e7ekti. Bu duruma \u00f6rnek olarak Brezilyal\u0131 futbolcu Richarlison, 2024 y\u0131l\u0131nda yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 r\u00f6portajda 2022 D\u00fcnya Kupas\u0131 sonras\u0131 depresyon d\u00f6nemine girdi\u011fini a\u00e7\u0131klad\u0131. Uzmanlara g\u00f6re bu tablo, spor alan\u0131ndaki y\u00fcksek beklentinin gen\u00e7 yeti\u015fkinlerde ruhsal zorlanmay\u0131 art\u0131ran g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc bir fakt\u00f6r haline geldi\u011fini g\u00f6sterdi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Klinik Psikolog Ay\u015feg\u00fcl Yah\u015fi de son y\u0131llarda sporcular\u0131n ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 psikolojik bask\u0131n\u0131n daha g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcr h\u00e2le geldi\u011fini s\u00f6yledi. Toplumun g\u00f6z \u00f6n\u00fcndeki ki\u015filere kar\u015f\u0131 sert ve s\u00fcrekli bir lin\u00e7 k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc uygulad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 aktaran Yah\u015fi, \u201cToplumda g\u00f6z \u00f6n\u00fcndeyseniz bir anlamda bu linci kabul etmi\u015f oluyorsunuz. Bu durum, sporcularda oldu\u011fu kadar her alandaki gen\u00e7 yeti\u015fkinlerde de yanl\u0131\u015f yapma korkusunu yo\u011fun bi\u00e7imde art\u0131rd\u0131\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Toplumsal bask\u0131n\u0131n ruhsal etkilerine dikkat \u00e7eken Yah\u015fi, \u201cG\u00f6z \u00f6n\u00fcnde olan ki\u015filer bu bask\u0131 nedeniyle daha temkinli, daha i\u00e7e kapan\u0131k ve daha az kendi gibi davranmaya ba\u015fl\u0131yor. Bu durum ki\u015fiyi s\u00fcrekli tetikte tutan bir kayg\u0131 h\u00e2line d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcyor ve kayg\u0131 bozukluklar\u0131na zemin haz\u0131rl\u0131yor\u201d de\u011ferlendirmesinde bulundu.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Y\u00fcksek beklentinin gen\u00e7lerde m\u00fckemmel olma zorunlulu\u011fu yaratt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirten Yah\u015fi, \u201cHer an m\u00fckemmel olmak zorundaym\u0131\u015f gibi hissediyorlar. Bu da utan\u00e7 duygusunu tetikliyor; ard\u0131ndan sosyal \u00e7ekilme, sosyal izolasyon ve ki\u015finin i\u00e7indeki ele\u015ftirel sesin y\u00fckselmesi geliyor.
