Uykusuzluk, yaln\u0131zca fiziksel de\u011fil; zihinsel ve sosyal etkileriyle de akademik ba\u015far\u0131y\u0131 tehdit ediyor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Uykusuzluk \u00f6\u011frenmede bir sorun mu?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00dcniversite ya\u015fam\u0131, yo\u011fun ders programlar\u0131, s\u0131nav stresi ve sosyal etkinliklerle birlikte \u00f6\u011frencilerin uyku d\u00fczenini ciddi bi\u00e7imde etkiliyor. Ancak bu d\u00fczensizlik, yaln\u0131zca yorgunlukla s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 kalm\u0131yor. Bilimsel \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar, uykusuzlu\u011fun \u00f6\u011frenme kapasitesini, dikkat s\u00fcresini ve s\u0131nav ba\u015far\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 do\u011frudan etkiledi\u011fini g\u00f6steriyor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ara\u015ft\u0131rmac\u0131lar, uykusuzlu\u011fun s\u0131nav ba\u015far\u0131s\u0131nda %20\u2019ye varan d\u00fc\u015f\u00fc\u015fe neden olabilece\u011fini belirtiyor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Bilimsel veriler: Uyku kalitesi ve ba\u015far\u0131 aras\u0131ndaki ili\u015fki<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dokuz Eyl\u00fcl \u00dcniversitesi Hem\u015firelik Fak\u00fcltesi\u2019nde 300 \u00f6\u011frenciyle yap\u0131lan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmada, \u00f6\u011frencilerin %59\u2019unun uyku kalitesinin d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck oldu\u011fu tespit edildi. Pittsburgh Uyku Kalitesi \u0130ndeksi (PUK\u0130) ile \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fclen veriler, k\u00f6t\u00fc uyku kalitesine sahip \u00f6\u011frencilerin s\u0131navlarda daha d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck ba\u015far\u0131 g\u00f6sterdi\u011fini ortaya koydu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Feyza Nazik ve ekibinin y\u00fcr\u00fctt\u00fc\u011f\u00fc \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmada, \u00f6\u011frencilerin uykululuk d\u00fczeyleri ile akademik performanslar\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131.
