Anksiyete, ekonomik \u015fartlar, dijital ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131l\u0131k ve s\u0131nav stresi gibi bir\u00e7ok etken sebebiyle ortaya \u00e7\u0131kan uykusuzluk problemi; Japonya ve ABD gibi \u00fclkelerde b\u00fcy\u00fck maddi zararlara yol a\u00e7t\u0131. G\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcz d\u00fcnyas\u0131nda k\u00fcresel bir sorun haline gelen uykusuzlu\u011fun yol a\u00e7t\u0131\u011f\u0131 sorunlar\u0131n neler oldu\u011funu ve nas\u0131l \u00fcstesinden gelinebilece\u011fini Klinik Psikolog Haydeh Faraji, \u0130letim Gazetesi\u2019ne aktard\u0131.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Gen\u00e7lerde uykusuzlu\u011fun sebepleri<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Yay\u0131nlanan g\u00fcncel raporlara g\u00f6re, 18-25 ya\u015f aras\u0131 gen\u00e7lerin yakla\u015f\u0131k y\u00fczde 47-50&#8217;sinin klinik d\u00fczeyde uykusuzluk belirtileri ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 aktar\u0131l\u0131yor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bu konuyla ilgili kimlik ge\u00e7i\u015fine vurgu yapan Faraji, kimli\u011fin i\u00e7erisinde rutin olarak mesleki rol, hobiler ve sorumluluklar oldu\u011funu belirtti. \u201cUykuya ge\u00e7i\u015fi sa\u011flayabilmek i\u00e7in g\u00fcnl\u00fck ya\u015fam\u0131n bu tarz sinyal verici rutinlere sahip olmas\u0131 laz\u0131m\u201d diyen Faraji, ergenlik ile yeti\u015fkinlik aras\u0131ndaki d\u00f6nem olan beliren yeti\u015fkinlik d\u00f6neminde bu rutinlerin de\u011fi\u015fkenli\u011fine de\u011findi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Yemeklerdeki ya\u011f ile \u015feker oran\u0131, d\u00fczensiz beslenme ve bol kafein t\u00fcketimine dikkat \u00e7eken Faraji, bu \u00fcr\u00fcnlerin \u00f6zellikle gece t\u00fcketilmelerinde uykuya dalmay\u0131 zorla\u015ft\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ifade etti. The Lancet Neurology taraf\u0131ndan 2026 ba\u015f\u0131nda payla\u015f\u0131lan g\u00fcncel veriler, d\u00fcnya genelinde kronik uykusuzluk tan\u0131s\u0131 alanlar\u0131n oran\u0131n\u0131n y\u00fczde 15&#8217;e ula\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ve bu rakam\u0131n son 10 y\u0131lda y\u00fczde 12 kadar artt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ortaya koyuyor. Bu art\u0131\u015f\u0131n en b\u00fcy\u00fck nedeninin dijital kirlilik ve kronik stres oldu\u011fu ifade ediliyor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ge\u00e7ici uykusuzlu\u011fun stres, ge\u00e7 saatte yemek yemek veya hastalanmaktan dolay\u0131&nbsp; ya\u015fanabilece\u011fini s\u00f6yleyen Faraji, bu durumun i\u015flevselli\u011fe zarar vermeyen bir sorun oldu\u011fundan bahsetti.
