Yani departmanlardan eleman talep formu ya da y\u00f6netimden gelen istekler do\u011frultusunda bir aray\u0131\u015f ba\u015flat\u0131yoruz. Ayg\u00f6r, \u201cAday i\u015fe ba\u015flad\u0131ktan sonra da ilk alt\u0131 ay i\u00e7erisinde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma performans\u0131n\u0131, geli\u015fimini ve uyum s\u00fcrecini yak\u0131ndan takip ediyoruz\u201d ifadelerini kulland\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u0130\u015f arayanlar\u0131n en \u00e7ok \u015fikayet etti\u011fi konu: Geri d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015flerin gecikmesi<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0130\u015f arayanlar\u0131n en s\u0131k dile getirdi\u011fi sorunlardan biri olan m\u00fclakat sonras\u0131 geri d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015flerin gecikmesi konusuna da de\u011finen Ayg\u00f6r, bu durumun \u00e7o\u011fu zaman kurum i\u00e7indeki de\u011ferlendirme s\u00fcre\u00e7lerinden kaynakland\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ifade etti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ayg\u00f6r, olumlu g\u00f6r\u00fclen ba\u015fvurular\u0131n ilk olarak ilgili departmanlara sunuldu\u011funu belirterek \u015fu ifadeleri kulland\u0131:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cBa\u015fvurular\u0131n de\u011ferlendirilmesi sadece insan kaynaklar\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan yap\u0131lm\u0131yor. \u00d6ncelikle talepte bulunan departmana adaylar\u0131 sunuyoruz. Orada bir de\u011ferlendirme yap\u0131l\u0131yor. Ard\u0131ndan sorumlu m\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fcn onay\u0131 gerekiyor ve sonras\u0131nda y\u00f6netim a\u015famas\u0131 var. T\u00fcm bu s\u00fcre\u00e7ler do\u011fal olarak biraz zaman alabiliyor.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adaylar\u0131n de\u011ferlendirilmesinde bir\u00e7ok kriterin birlikte incelendi\u011fini s\u00f6yleyen Ayg\u00f6r, \u201cTecr\u00fcbe y\u0131l\u0131, daha \u00f6nce \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 firmalardaki referans ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar\u0131, b\u00fct\u00e7eye uygunlu\u011fu ve lokasyonunun firmaya uygunlu\u011fu gibi konular detayl\u0131 \u015fekilde inceleniyor. Bunlar\u0131n hepsi bir b\u00fct\u00fcn olarak de\u011ferlendirildi\u011fi i\u00e7in s\u00fcre\u00e7 bazen adaylara uzun gelebiliyor\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Ba\u015fvurular\u0131n yan\u0131ts\u0131z kalmas\u0131n\u0131n nedenleri<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0130\u015fe al\u0131m s\u00fcre\u00e7lerinde s\u0131k kar\u015f\u0131la\u015f\u0131lan bir di\u011fer durum ise adaylar\u0131n olumlu ya da olumsuz herhangi bir geri d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f alamamas\u0131. Bu durumun nedenlerini de a\u00e7\u0131klayan Ayg\u00f6r, ba\u015fvurular\u0131n \u00e7o\u011fu zaman insan kaynaklar\u0131n\u0131n olu\u015fturdu\u011fu aday havuzunda de\u011ferlendirildi\u011fini belirtti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ayg\u00f6r, \u201cBir aday o an arad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z departman i\u00e7in uygun olmayabilir. Ancak farkl\u0131 bir departman i\u00e7in ileride uygun olabilir. Bu nedenle CV\u2019leri de\u011ferlendirilebilir olarak kaydediyoruz ve yeni bir ihtiya\u00e7 do\u011fdu\u011funda tekrar ileti\u015fime ge\u00e7ebiliyoruz\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ayr\u0131ca i\u015fe al\u0131nan personelin uyum s\u00fcrecinin de bu durum \u00fczerinde etkili olabildi\u011fini ifade eden Ayg\u00f6r, s\u00f6zlerini s\u00fcrd\u00fcrd\u00fc:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201c\u0130\u015fe ald\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z personellerde iki ayl\u0131k bir deneme s\u00fcreci oluyor. E\u011fer o s\u00fcre\u00e7te uyum sa\u011flanamazsa daha \u00f6nce ba\u015fvuran adaylara tekrar geri d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f yapabiliyoruz. Bir adaya do\u011frudan olumsuz geri d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda kap\u0131y\u0131 tamamen kapatm\u0131\u015f oluyoruz. Daha sonra tekrar d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f yapmak etik olmayabiliyor.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Adaylar bekleme s\u00fcrecini nas\u0131l y\u00f6netmeli<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u00fclakat sonras\u0131 bekleme s\u00fcrecinin adaylar i\u00e7in zorlay\u0131c\u0131 olabildi\u011fini belirten Ayg\u00f6r, bu s\u00fcre\u00e7te adaylar\u0131n farkl\u0131 se\u00e7enekleri de de\u011ferlendirmesi gerekti\u011fini ifade etti. Ayg\u00f6r, \u201cCV\u2019si iyi olabilir, tecr\u00fcbeleri ve nitelikleri de g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc olabilir. Ancak m\u00fclakatta kendini ifade edebilmesi, beden dili, duru\u015fu ve ne istedi\u011fini net bir \u015fekilde anlatabilmesi \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli. Aday\u0131n kendine olan \u00f6zg\u00fcveni ve \u2018ben bu role uygunum\u2019 diyebilmesi s\u00fcrecin \u00f6nemli bir par\u00e7as\u0131\u201d diye vurgulad\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Yeni mezunlara tavsiyeler<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00d6zellikle i\u015f hayat\u0131na yeni ad\u0131m atacak \u00fcniversite \u00f6\u011frencileri ve yeni mezunlara da tavsiyelerde bulunan Ayg\u00f6r, insan kaynaklar\u0131 alan\u0131n\u0131n geni\u015f ve \u00e7ok y\u00f6nl\u00fc bir meslek oldu\u011funu s\u00f6yledi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ayg\u00f6r, \u201cGer\u00e7ekten iyi bir insan kaynaklar\u0131 uzman\u0131 olmak isteyenlerin \u00f6ncelikle bu mesle\u011fi mutfa\u011f\u0131ndan \u00f6\u011frenmeleri gerekiyor. \u0130nsan kaynaklar\u0131; i\u015fe al\u0131m, i\u015f hukuku, performans y\u00f6netimi ve \u00fccret y\u00f6netimi gibi bir\u00e7ok alan\u0131n birbiriyle ba\u011flant\u0131l\u0131 oldu\u011fu bir yap\u0131\u201d ifadelerini kulland\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bu meslekte ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 olmak i\u00e7in baz\u0131 temel yetkinliklerin \u00f6nemli oldu\u011funu belirten Ayg\u00f6r, insan kaynaklar\u0131 alan\u0131nda sab\u0131r, mesle\u011fi severek yapmak ve g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc bir empati yetene\u011finin b\u00fcy\u00fck rol oynad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yledi. \u0130nsan kaynaklar\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlarla y\u00f6netim aras\u0131nda bir k\u00f6pr\u00fc g\u00f6revi g\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc ifade eden Ayg\u00f6r, bu k\u00f6pr\u00fcn\u00fcn dengeli kurulmas\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6nemine dikkat \u00e7ekti.
