Y\u00fcz binlerce insan \u00f6lm\u00fc\u015f, milyonlarca insan yerini yurdunu terk etmek zorunda kalm\u0131\u015ft\u0131. B\u00fct\u00fcn bu olup biten aras\u0131nda Suriye\u2019deki \u00e7at\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n anlat\u0131lar\u0131na bakt\u0131\u011f\u0131mda, bunlar\u0131n b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde d\u0131\u015far\u0131dan kuruldu\u011funu g\u00f6rd\u00fcm. K\u00fcresel medya haberleri, analizler, hatta akademik metinler\u2026 Hepsi belli bir \u00e7er\u00e7eve sunmakla birlikte meseleye d\u0131\u015fardan bir g\u00f6zle bak\u0131yordu. Sava\u015f daha \u00e7ok jeopolitik dengeler, akt\u00f6rler ve stratejik \u00e7\u0131karlar, m\u00fclteci say\u0131lar\u0131, haritalar, radikal ve etnik gruplar \u00fczerinden okunuyordu. Sava\u015f\u0131 ya\u015fayanlar\u0131n sesi \u00e7o\u011fu zaman ya zay\u0131f kal\u0131yor ya da dolayl\u0131 olarak k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck \u00e7apta temsil ediliyordu.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cSava\u015f\u0131n ilk kayb\u0131 ger\u00e7eklerdir\u201d olgusundan yola \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yleyen Korver, \u201cSuriyeli belgeselcilerin kendi ger\u00e7ekli\u011fini, \u00fclkelerinde ya\u015fananlar\u0131, ac\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131 ve umutlar\u0131n\u0131 nas\u0131l anlatt\u0131\u011f\u0131 merak\u0131yla ara\u015ft\u0131rmaya ba\u015flad\u0131m. Suriyeli belgeselciler, sava\u015f\u0131 g\u00fcndelik hayat\u0131n i\u00e7inden, k\u0131r\u0131lgan ve par\u00e7al\u0131 deneyimler \u00fczerinden nas\u0131l anlat\u0131yordu? Olaylar\u0131 s\u0131ralar, neden-sonu\u00e7 ili\u015fkileri kurar. Ancak g\u00f6rsel haf\u0131za yaln\u0131zca bilgi sunmaz. Olaylar\u0131n nas\u0131l, hangi atmosferde deneyimlendi\u011fini g\u00f6sterir, yani tarihin duygusal ve insani boyutunu a\u00e7\u0131\u011fa \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131r\u201d s\u00f6zlerine kulland\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Belgesel sineman\u0131n do\u011fas\u0131 gere\u011fi disiplinleraras\u0131 bir yap\u0131da oldu\u011funu vurgulayan Korver, \u201cBelgesel, sanatla bilimin kesi\u015fti\u011fi bir noktadad\u0131r. Hem estetik bir form hem de ciddi bir veri \u00fcretim alan\u0131 yarat\u0131r. Suriye \u00f6rne\u011finde bu durum daha da keskin. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc sava\u015f ko\u015fullar\u0131nda \u00e7ekilen g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fcler, sadece bir \u015feyi g\u00f6stermiyor. Hem bir kay\u0131t b\u0131rak\u0131yor hem de yer yer inkar\u0131 zorla\u015ft\u0131ran bir iz b\u0131rak\u0131yor\u201d ifadesinde bulundu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bu anlamda belgesel sinema arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla olu\u015fan g\u00f6rsel haf\u0131zan\u0131n, alternatif bir tarih yaz\u0131m\u0131 imkan\u0131 sundu\u011funu ifade eden Kolver, \u201cBelgesel, resmi anlat\u0131lar\u0131n d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda kalan, kaybolma ihtimali olan g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fcleri ve sesleri tutuyor. O y\u00fczden bu belgeselleri yaln\u0131zca sinema tarihi i\u00e7inde de\u011fil, daha geni\u015f bir tarihsel anlat\u0131n\u0131n par\u00e7as\u0131 olarak d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnmek gerekiyor\u201d s\u00f6zlerini kaydetti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u201cBelgesel sadece bir anlat\u0131 de\u011fil, ayn\u0131 zamanda bir \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Belgesel sineman\u0131n en g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc yan\u0131n\u0131n, izleyiciyi \u201ctan\u0131k\u201d konumuna yerle\u015ftirmesi oldu\u011funu belirten Korver, belgeselin izleyicide farkl\u0131 etkiler uyand\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n vurgulayarak \u015f\u00f6yle dedi:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cYaz\u0131l\u0131 metinler ve akademik analizler \u00e7o\u011fu zaman mesafe kurar. Oysa belgesel bu mesafeyi k\u0131rar ve izleyiciyi do\u011frudan deneyimin i\u00e7ine \u00e7eker. Ancak bu avantaj sadece duygusal yo\u011funlukla s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 de\u011fildir. Belgesel sinema, sava\u015f\u0131n soyut kavramlar\u0131n\u0131 somutla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131r. Korku bir y\u00fcz olur, kay\u0131p bir sessizlik haline gelir, bekleyi\u015f bir zaman deneyimine d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr. Bu nedenle belgesel sinema sava\u015f\u0131n insani boyutunu g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcr k\u0131lmada \u00f6nemlidir. Ayr\u0131ca Suriyeli belgeselciler sadece kendi hikayelerini anlatmakla kalm\u0131yor, ayn\u0131 zamanda bir talepte bulunuyor. \u2018Bak\u0131n, burada olanlar\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u2019 diyor ve seyirciyi tepki vermeye davet ediyor. Bu da belgeseli sadece bir anlat\u0131 de\u011fil, ayn\u0131 zamanda bir \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131 haline getiriyor. Kamera bir tan\u0131k, bir haf\u0131za ta\u015f\u0131y\u0131c\u0131s\u0131 ve ayn\u0131 zamanda bir direni\u015fin bir par\u00e7as\u0131. Suriye ba\u011flam\u0131nda kamera, \u2018g\u00f6rmekten\u2019 ziyade \u2018g\u00f6r\u00fclmekle\u2019 ilgilidir. Yani \u2018biz buraday\u0131z\u2019 deme hali. Yani varl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 kan\u0131tlamak, unutulmaya kar\u015f\u0131 bir kay\u0131t b\u0131rakmak, yok say\u0131lmaya kar\u015f\u0131 direnmek\u2026 Bu nedenle kamera, kimli\u011fin ve haf\u0131zan\u0131n silinmesine kar\u015f\u0131 bir ara\u00e7, \u00f6nemli bir silah. Ayn\u0131 zamanda \u015fiddetin belgelenmesiyle, inkar\u0131n \u00f6n\u00fcne ge\u00e7en bir kan\u0131t \u00fcretimi.&nbsp; Bu ba\u011flamda kamera, pasif bir kay\u0131t cihaz\u0131 de\u011fil;&nbsp; haf\u0131za ta\u015f\u0131y\u0131c\u0131s\u0131, \u00f6nemli bir tan\u0131k, aktif bir anlam \u00fcreticisidir.\u201d&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Belgeselcinin eti\u011fi<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sava\u015f gibi insani hassasiyetleri y\u00fcksek bir konuda belgesel \u00e7ekmenin zorluklar\u0131ndan bahseden Korver, belgeselcinin etik sorumluluklar\u0131 hakk\u0131nda \u015funlar\u0131 aktard\u0131:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cSava\u015f gibi bir konuda belgesel \u00e7ekmek zor i\u015f. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc kar\u015f\u0131n\u0131zda \u00e7ok ger\u00e7ek bir ac\u0131 var. Bunu g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcr k\u0131lmak \u00f6nemli ama ayn\u0131 zamanda istismar etmemek de gerekiyor. Bu denge \u00e7ok hassas. Ne zaman kameray\u0131 a\u00e7mal\u0131, ne zaman kapatmal\u0131? Ne kadar yak\u0131n durmal\u0131, ne zaman geri \u00e7ekilmeli? Bunlar\u0131n maalesef net cevaplar\u0131 yok. Etik dedi\u011fimiz \u015fey \u00f6z\u00fcnde, o belgeseli \u00e7ekenin, o hikayeyi anlatan\u0131n duru\u015fu, ahlak\u0131, insanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve vicdan\u0131yla ilgili. Belgeselci her zaman \u015funun fark\u0131nda olmal\u0131: Kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131ndaki insanlar bir \u2018salt bir hikaye unsuru\u2019 de\u011fil, ger\u00e7ek insanlar ve onlar\u0131n onurunu korumak her \u015feyden \u00f6nce gelir. Elbette par\u00e7al\u0131 bir ger\u00e7ekli\u011fin i\u00e7inde herkes kendi g\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc par\u00e7ay\u0131 anlat\u0131r. Suriye i\u00e7 sava\u015f\u0131 bu modelin en \u00e7arp\u0131c\u0131 \u00f6rneklerinden biridir. Suriye\u2019de k\u00fcresel g\u00fc\u00e7lerin hegemonik m\u00fcdahalelerinin, yerel akt\u00f6rlerin ve desteklenen ter\u00f6r gruplar\u0131n\u0131n i\u00e7 i\u00e7e ge\u00e7ti\u011fi asimetrik hibrid bir yap\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fcyoruz. Bu kitapta bu kuram\u0131 \u2018belgesel sava\u015f\u0131\u2019 kavram\u0131yla birlikte ele ald\u0131m. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc Suriye\u2019de sava\u015f sadece sahada de\u011fil; ayn\u0131 zamanda belgesel filmler arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 ile g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fcler, anlat\u0131lar ve duygular \u00fczerinden de y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcld\u00fc.
