Uzun s\u00fcreli ekran kullan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n uyku bozukluklar\u0131, g\u00f6z problemleri, kas ve eklem a\u011fr\u0131lar\u0131 gibi sorunlara yol a\u00e7t\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirten uzman, \u00f6zellikle \u00e7ocuklarda geli\u015fim problemleri ve hareketsiz ya\u015fam nedeniyle kilo art\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131n g\u00f6r\u00fclebildi\u011fini kaydetti. Din\u00e7, \u201cGen\u00e7ler art\u0131k beden dilini okumakta, insanlar\u0131n duygu ve mimiklerini anlamakta zorlan\u0131yor.
