Yoga sayesinde bireyin kendi hayat\u0131n\u0131n kontrol\u00fcn\u00fc eline al\u00add\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 vurgulayan Y\u0131lmaz, \u201cYoga beyin dalgalar\u0131n\u0131 olumlu etkiler, sinir sistemini gev\u015fetir, zihni sakinle\u015ftirerek haf\u0131za ve kon\u00adsantrasyonu g\u00fc\u00e7lendirir. Gev\u00ad\u015feme teknikleri zaman\u0131n daha etkin kullan\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flar, g\u00fcnl\u00fck hayattaki sorunlardan uzakla\u015ft\u0131rarak zihnimizin ar\u0131n\u00admas\u0131na yard\u0131mc\u0131 olur\u201d \u015feklinde konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Yoga Hastal\u0131ktan Koruyor <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Yoga yapanlarda ba\u011f\u0131\u015f\u0131kl\u0131k sis\u00adtemini d\u00fczenleyen interleukin molek\u00fcl\u00fcn\u00fcn artt\u0131\u011f\u0131na de\u011finen Y\u0131lmaz, yogan\u0131n nezle, hepa\u00adtit B ve C gibi mikrobik hasta\u00adl\u0131klardan korudu\u011funu s\u00f6yledi. Yoga teknikleri sayesinde ra\u00adhats\u0131zl\u0131klar\u0131n giderildi\u011fini ya da \u00f6nlenebildi\u011fini belirten Y\u0131lmaz, d\u00fczenli uygulamada ba\u015f, bo\u00adyun, s\u0131rt, bel ve eklem a\u011fr\u0131la\u00adr\u0131n\u0131n azald\u0131\u011f\u0131na, akci\u011fer, kalp, diyabet, kire\u00e7lenme, sindirim d\u00fczensizli\u011fi ve di\u011fer kronik ve yap\u0131sal hastal\u0131klar\u0131n tedavi\u00adsinde modern bilimin ba\u015far\u0131s\u0131z kald\u0131\u011f\u0131 zamanlarda yogan\u0131n, alternatif terapi bi\u00e7imi olarak etkili olaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6zlerine ekledi.<\/p>\n<p>HIV ve kanser tedavisinde yo\u00adgan\u0131n etkisinin ara\u015ft\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131na ve umut verici sonu\u00e7larla kar\u00ad\u015f\u0131la\u015f\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131na de\u011finen Y\u0131lmaz, \u201cYoga kan bas\u0131nc\u0131n\u0131 d\u00fczenler, yoga yapan ki\u015filerde kalp krizi riski azal\u0131r. Yoga yapan insan\u00adlar dola\u015f\u0131m hastal\u0131klar\u0131na yap\u00admayanlara g\u00f6re daha az yaka\u00adlan\u0131yor \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc yoga s\u0131ras\u0131nda v\u00fccut kendine yararl\u0131 salg\u0131lar \u00fcretiyor. Ayn\u0131 salg\u0131lara jimnas\u00adtik ya da step yapanlarda da rastlan\u0131yor ancak bu salg\u0131lar\u0131n devaml\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 jimnastik ya da step yapanlarda aktivite sonras\u0131nda g\u00f6r\u00fclm\u00fcyor.
